After two weeks away on holidays I am back in the swing of things with wedding cakes, planning decorating classes, opening our retail section and the dreaded bookkeeping.
Just the day before we closed, I made a very elegant buttercream cake for a lovely couple getting married at Farmtown Park, right in our little town of Stirling.
It is entirely carrot spice cake with cream cheese filling (my fav.) and is iced and decorated in vanilla buttercream. The topper was supplied by the couple, and finished off the cake perfectly!
With one week left of summer holidays, I hope you enjoy every last moment with your kids before they are off to school! And don't forget to sign up for our fall cake decorating workshops!!!
